PURPOSE OF ROLE Main contact for the partner with regards to all operational functions ensuring that the customer is fully satisfied. Key areas of focus, Sales Support, Partner Portal, query management and additional sales support admin tasks. SCOPE OF ROLE To provide operational support to the UK Indirect Channel Resellers. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a centre of competence and support on the Partner portal. Facilitate and process to completion any nonstandard pricing requests that cannot be managed by the partner. Act as a point of escalation for QMS, to ensure speedy resolution and query handling targets are met. Support the Indirect Sales Activities & Operations Manager in the operational construction and delivery of revenue and unit outlook. Provide Partner Management support for Salesforce.com. Responsible for update of price book and sales support process for third party software and hardware solutions.Descrierea companiei
