- Preferably 2 - 5 years of experience in an Account Management position in the IT industry;
- Academic technical background – would be a plus;
- Very good understanding of the IT market;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieve results and make smart decisions on the spot;
- Ability to integrate diverse processes and activities of the project team in order ensure that best results are delivered to the client;
- Experience with working in an Agile environment – would be a plus.
Soft skills:
- Ability to persuade, cooperate and seek out best solution;
- Positive, enthusiastic and looking for new learning opportunities.
- Languages:Very good English skills.
Working in close partnership with our Sales, Talent Acquisition, Technical and Operational teams you will be involved in:
- Ensure strategic account management of existing clients;
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships;
- Managing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Play a key role in coordinating and integrating internal activity and the project team in order to ensure that best results are delivered to the client;
- Assisting the Sales team in their interactions with local and international clients;
- Identifying the needs of a client and initiating business development on every account;
- Ensure optimal management of resources for effective and eficient delivery of services;
- Challenge existing methods of delivery and sourcing, and innovate such that productivity improves;
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
