The candidate should have the follwing qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering minimum 5 years of experience in business or project management experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment high level of experience in implementing Lean transformations preferred experience applying Lean production or service environments preferred experience in 1 on 1 coaching quality tools knowledge (investigation methods, 5S knowledge, …) Lean certification is a plus computer skills Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of structured process improvement and Lean management system frameworks Experience coaching and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences (from high level to low level in multinational environment) Strong knowledge and experience coaching others to implement Continuous Improvement principles and methods Skills & Abilities: Excellent analytical skills with ability to focus on high-level strategic plan down to detailed tactical project plans Strong written and oral communication skills Strong teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills Ability to promote effective team development and encourage collaboration across large environments Ability to thrive in a challenging work environment to consistently deliver quality service to the organization and its stakeholders Languages: Romanian language fluency English language fluencyDescrierea jobului
Brief role description: The general purpose of the Factory Lean Coach (ROPEX Coach) is to have a key position in the factory to take over and ensure the proper implementation of ROPEX in the factory, in line with the overall ROPEX plan and in close collaboration with the GPR ROPEX team. The purpose of the Factory ROPEX trainer is to provide anchorage, development and maintenance of ROPEX and ROPEX Leadership style at all relevant factory production levels. Responsibilities include and not limited to: Facilitate learning of Lean systemic transformational principles through active coaching From the outset, proactively launch initiatives and present their own constructive ideas in line with the entire ROPEX factories Actively participate in ROPEX Workshop Management Workshops Train and develop workers and maintenance personnel through workshops Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives Support and ensure ROPEX anchoring, so that ROPEX becomes a natural part of everyday life at the factory, addressing the need to continue using ROPEX tools to achieve agreed KPIs and improvements Support and ensure that new employees learn about ROPEX and practice in an appropriate way, in close co-operation with the local HR Department Transfer knowledge to team members of the organization to build a continuous improvement culture and develop leader transformational skills Initiate projects having as scope waste reduction Manage and sustain visual management inside the plantDescrierea companiei
