Requirements / Skills
• Basic ITIL knowledge
• IT helpdesk experience
• English and German fluency
• Good communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Problem solving attitude and team player
Responsibilities
• User Support for all IT related issues in Romania
• Provide E2E Support across various Ticket Tools ( Service Now, Remedy)
• Support the Helpdesk in DE, AT and CH in peak times
• Close and flexible customer contact (. telephone, E-Mail, and personal presence)
• Workplace administration (. maintain, move or set up local hardware), incl. mobile devices
• Local application and IT infrastructure management
• User account management across various systems and countries
• Maintain and create IT Documentation and User manuals
• Collaborate with regional and global workplace and Helpdesk
• Support incident and problem management
• Participate in projects
