The role of our new colleague will be to: Offer IT assistance and support to internal users Help users through phone, web conferences or live meetings Perform preventative maintenance Cross-training of team members and end-users; Perform a wide range of administration duties on applications and systems including install, debug, maintenance, upgrade, and general support for computers, tablets, smartphones, printers etc. Follow management guidance, adhering to IT policy and procedure When required, drive IT projects for internal clients Monitor projects’ schedule, budget, and deadlines Assist in the development of project schedules that translate goals into action and ensure the success of the project Other responsibilities:Make sure every noticed problem is handled at time and professionally Undertake and manage to solve the technical problems/incidents which appear Document customer interactions in incident management system including asset management Identify the needs for possible new documents (technical procedures, documentation, reports regarding the users demands etc.) and creates themEdit the support procedures required for the applicationsDescrierea companiei
