Here are some of what you'll need (required): • Bachelor's degree / equivalent in computer science, network technology or the like; • Several years of experience in an international multi-customer WAN environment, preferably service provider, specialist in multiple areas of networking technology (WAN, VPN, internet access, reverse proxy); • A solid and current knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, in particular BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, DMVPN (Cisco NHRP); • Hands-on experience with F5 load balancers (BIG-IP, GTM, LTM), PaloAlto firewalls including Panorama management console and Cisco routers & firewalls; • Ideally you are certified in F5 BIG-IP; • Excellent verbal and written English skills are a must for this role.These skills and experiences would give you an edge: • Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications and experience with Cisco's DMVPN / NHRP, PBR, ACI or other SDN will be an advantage; • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto intrusion detection systems, Live Action network monitoring; • Scripting experience in Perl and / or Python with REST API; • Experience with SDN technology (Cisco i-WAN and Cisco ACI fabric) and Arista datacenter switching equipment.Descrierea jobului

Job Description We are looking to hire an EDGE Network Engineer who will be based in our corporate office in Timisoara and will be part of the Global Flex Networking Team. Here's a glimpse of what you'll do: • Work together with global customers on networking tasks in areas such as routing & switching and on edge interfaces to customer systems; • Implement, operate, troubleshoot and monitor Wide-Area, Internet Access, Reverse Proxy and Customer Connection network services and provide support for Flex global WAN EDGE, VPN, and Corporate Internet Access network infrastructure based on CISCO, PaloAlto and F5 ('BIG- IP ', LTM and GTM) technologies; • Plan and perform troubleshooting and corrective actions; • Monitor and identify capacity and performance, plan, deploy, operate and troubleshoot business-critical components for Internet Access, client and B2B VPN and Customer connections on a global level to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation of business systems. • Develop, maintain, implement and supervise policies, procedures and associated training plans for network / telecom engineers and technicians; • Work as part of an international team of highly qualified and professional global network / telecom analysts, engineers and managers in a follow-the-sun model, support Flex IT SLAs and goals related to Mean Time to Repair, implementation of standards, rollout technology and operational excellence.
