A Lean Management Coach is a key operational contributor to the transformation program through the implementation of a set of management principles, behaviors and tools that work together to help managers and their teams identify and focus on the activities that will enable them to continuously improve. Main responsibilities: Support the implementation of Lean Management system across the entire Bank Demonstrate enthusiasm and expertise in using the Lean Management practices and principles Disseminate lean management practices at management and team level through relevant trainings, workshops and coaching sessions Work with business teams in order to understand current processes, people mindset, tools and possible room for improvement Work together with business teams to design future states and implementation ideas Understand and challenge expectations from managers regardless of their level Transform improvement idea into concrete action plan Provide support to team leaders in transforming management guidelines into SMART objectives and relevant KPIs Provide support to management in transforming improvement idea into concrete action plan Create presentation materials adapted to each level of the organization Meeting facilitation and organization ( ability to get the right people around the table and drive the meeting into concrete actions) Observe the implementation of LM tools, team organization, dynamics & interaction and give impactful feedback · Contribute to continuously improving the LM toolset and deployment approach based on previous experiences · Assist business in sharing lean knowledge · Ensure continuous improvements in departments where lean management have been deployedDescrierea companiei
