HR Analyst with French

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support:
Job posting using agreed sourcing channels;
Upload of applicants' CVs in SuccessFactors / SF and creation of applicant form in SF;
Interviews scheduling and sending of rejection letters to non-accepted candidates.
Staffing Support

Update and handling of all information received by email / phone / face to face meetings;
Follow up of the employee entries / departures/ leave of absence for staffing purposes;
Meetings with teams for staffing updates;
Reconcile forcasted and actual data;
Reports on jobs to optimize staffing during summer periods;
Reports on forecast summer vacations in order to optimize summer forecast staffing.

  Requirements

1 year of previous experience in an administrative/back office role;
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools;
Advanced English and French language skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
