Role accountabilities: Proactively addresses customers with proposals related to VDF Telco and ICT solution and services in order to create awareness and generate new opportunities; Conducts discovery meetings with the customers in order to identify medium to long term opportunities; Prepare and execute product demonstrations to potential customers together with Technology and Sales departments; Qualifies opportunities based on correctly and properly identifying customer needs; Identifies the integrators that are already working with the customer, the competitors (service providers, managed services providers) and preferred partners – business acumen; Manages client expectation being able to balance between client requests and known VDF/Partners capabilities; Keep track of existing opportunities in order ensure that the targets can be met based on existing pipeline; Coordinating and assuring the following main steps in order to acquire a complete offer that will reflect the customer’s needs; Support account manager in identifying the strategic partner/integrator that is/are already in place at the customer; Maintain permanent relationship with Enterprise Technical Solution representatives in order to be able to understand Vodafone new technologies and network capabilities and the specific design;​ Contribute to the business cases for every complex solution (as per defined or in place procedure) to justify investments and appropriate financial returns and obtains necessary approval for the final offer; Enterprise Business Unit Finance team support Enterprise Presales Consultant in creating the appropriate business case; Understands and validates the final form of the offer in order to assure that what we provide is fully compliant with client needs and identified requirements; Identifies the gap between client expectation and the presented solution and/or new requests and will assure client satisfaction by coordinating successfully the solution redesign phase; Sustain account manager sales speech and strategy in front of the customer; Sustain account manager in negotiating the acquisition contract, the associated SLA and all aspects related with the solution creation, implementation and support phase; Understands customer’s business challenges and main drivers in choosing and selecting a telecom solution and a provider; Understands business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc. Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.Descrierea companiei
