•Organizare. Abilitati foarte bune de prioritizare, decizie rapida si de adaptare la schimbarea de situatii; orientarea spre solutii;

•Abilitati de operare PC: Word, Excel, E-mail;

Noul nostru coleg in acest rol va contribui la eforturile echipei de a asigura o experienta pozitiva in ceea ce priveste procesul de recrutare atat candidatilor cat si clientilor interni. In concret, activitatile specifice ce pot interveni sunt activitati operationale legate de procesele de recrutare si selectie, si anume:
•Programarea candidatilor propusi pentru interviuri cu managerii si/sau recruiterii (in special in cadrul proceselor de recrutare de volum); adminstrarea din punct de vedere logistic a testelor de selectie;
•Urmarirea feedback-ului managerilor si actualizarea statusurilor candidatilor;
•Asigurarea de suport recruiterilor, pentru gestiunea procesului de recrutare;
•Mentinerea unui flux constant de comunicare cu candidatii atat in timpul procesului de recrutare (de ex: comunicarea statusului in process, urmatorilor pasi, centralizarea documentelor pentru angajare, etc)
•Mentinerea la zi a bazelor de date si rapoartelor de care este responsabil.
•Postarea anunturilor de angajare atat intern, cat si extern
•In functie ne nevoile departamentului, screening telefonic al candidatilor pe pozitii entry-level.
