CERINTE • Studii superioare (licenta) in domeniul economic • Cunostinte aprofundate in analiza si raportare • Abilitati de lucru cu sistemele informatice ale Companiei (Oracle, SAP, Spido, Pegasus,etc) • Abilitati de lucru cu pachetul Office: Excel, Power Point - fisiere complexe • Orientare catre client, orientare catre rezultate, spirit de initiativa, abilitate de a lucra in echipa, abilitate de a lucra sub presiune, flexibilitate, rezolvarea problemelor in timp optim; • Abilitati bune de comunicare verbala si in scris; • Capacitatea de a mentine un climat de munca prietenos si respectuos cu colegii.Descrierea jobului
• Elaborarea si monitorizarea executiei bugetului OPEX si CAPEX pentru structurile/ liniile de buget si pentru proiectele alocate in scopul raportarii periodice a cheltuielilor si a abaterilor fata de valorile bugetate.RESPONSABILITĂŢI PRINCIPALE • Managementul documentelor ce stau la baza cheltuielilor aferente lucrarilor alocate pentru diviziile alocate • Elaboreaza bugetul de cheltuieli aferente liniilor de plan ale diviziilor alocate in concordanta cu planurile si obiectivele alocate • Realizeaza si transmite catre seful ierarhic rapoarte privind buget/ planificare/ IPF/ actuale realizat lunar si/sau cumulat sau la diferite momente de timp, rapoarte de variatii ale diviziilor alocate • Intocmeste rapoarte de forecast in formate solicitate de diverse alte structuri din Telekom Romania la termenele solicitate • Proceseaza documetele financiare (Necasar de aprovizionare, documente de receptie, bonuri de consum, atasamente de lucrari, ARF-uri, APF-uri, in sistemele informatice dedicate pentru diviziile alocate • Intocmeste raportari lunare (accruals) conform Planului de inchidere contabila lunara in scopul inregistrarii corecte si la timp a cheltuielilor • Participa la emiterea rapoartelor / Benchmarking in formele si strctura solicitata de catre management/ sau Grup • La solicitarea managementului calculeaza costuri si realizeaza corelari intre cheltuieli si nonFin KPIs, pe linii de buget sau proiectele specificate;Descrierea companiei
